Schedule Hours: 8:00am-4:30pm Monday-Friday; standard 37.5 hrs/week

Business group: Cybersecurity Operations – accountable for protecting the bank and responding to cybersecurity threats – with teams for cyber threat operations, identity, access management, detection and alert management, creation of detecting capabilities in end point, have key programs and deliverables that are used to keep the bank safe
Project: Cyber Threat Detection & Response (CTDR) is an enterprise program to enhance the capabilities of detecting cyber threats and malicious activities.Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:
1) 8+ years of relevant experience in security and project/program management
2) Experience with strategy
3) Experience with technical documentation, technical writing – summarizing technical information at a high level for senior management
4) Expert level of expertise with MS Suite Office (PowerPoint, Word)Nice-To-Have Skills:
1) Cybersecurity experienceSoft Skills Required:
- Great communication skills
- Visualizing complex problems
- Team player
Security certifications (CISSP etc.) are nice to have but not the focus/requiredBest VS. Average Candidate:
Looking for fit over function, someone who can integrate well into the team and hit the ground running; this role is great for a security analyst who is trying to expand their skills and be in management or be making a change as there is exposure to project/program management, technical writing and supporting the VP directly so has that exposure. Need someone who can help them story tell their division and explain things at a higher level and showcase their work.Candidate Review & Selection

1st with VP – If candidate can craft example of complex problem solving or process of their choosing in PowerPoint format in 1 slide for executive consumption, to showcase how they visualize a complex problem
2nd with the team and leaders – fit interview
