We embrace all things digital and are committed to being the Best Place to Work for our team members in over 120 locations around the world.Your ImpactThe Senior Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) will play a leadership role in overseeing FP&A activities for several large OpenText portfolios. The Senior Manager will also lead and mentor a team of finance professionals driving excellence in budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, and business partnership.What the role offers

Oversee and guide the financial planning, forecasting, and strategic analysis processes across the team.
Support both OPEX & CAPEX.
Partner closely with executive leadership to align financial strategies with corporate goals and growth initiatives.
Consolidate and present financial results and forecasts to leaders, highlighting key drivers and risks.
Manage and mentor a team of FP&A analysts, fostering a culture of analytical excellence and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with Accounting, Corporate FP&A, and other cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and alignment with corporate objectives.
Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities to enhance cost allocations, forecast accuracy and reporting efficiency.
Collaborate on special projects and strategic initiatives to support growth strategies, and operational excellence.

What you need to succeed

7+ years of progressive FP&A experience, ideally within the technology or software sector.
Strong understanding of financial modeling, forecasting techniques, and business performance analysis.
Experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
Advanced Excel and financial planning system skills.
Excellent communication, leadership, and executive presentation skills.
Strong business acumen and attention to detail in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
