Working with the branch manager, you play a key role in attaining the company's short and long‐term objectives. As part of the leadership team, you play a key role in recruiting and developing our employees.What's in it for you……We're a growing business in an exciting industry.   • Certification. You have done the hard work and training required to earn certification in Red Seal Parts and Warehousing. You're ready to apply all that you have learned in warehouse and inventory management to make Nors Construction Equipment Canada GW your employee's and customers' first choice.

  • Financial Knowledge. You apply financial management principles to ensure decisions are fiscally sound and responsible. You have experience with full-cycle financial management from budgeting to monthly and quarterly analysis and the ability to make decisions to stay on track.
Experience Required:
  • Strong organizational skills

  • Excellent customer relations skills
  • Good computer and systems knowledge
  • Good analytical skills
  • A good working knowledge of parts sales techniques and methodologies
  • Solid inventory management knowledge
  • Good understanding of financial reporting principles
  • Solid Industry Product knowledge
  • A solid understanding of pricing principles and discounting effects
  • Working knowledge of warehouse storage systems and storage layout principles
  • 10+ years work experience directly related to equipment parts sales is an asset
Education Required:
  • Certification In a related field (eg. Parts/Warehousing Red Seal certification, Business certificate or degree) or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
