
Salesforce Administrator

- Design, build, and implement Salesforce enhancements including custom objects, formulas, validation rules, flows, Email2Case, case assignment rules, duplicate rules, reports, and dashboards.
- Lead Salesforce integration with other business systems such as marketing automation (Pardot, Marketing Cloud) and customer service platforms.
- Manage user setup, roles, profiles, permissions, sharing rules, and licenses across multiple teams and geographies.
- Maintain system security and integrity, ensuring adherence to best practices and data compliance standards.
- Monitor system performance, usage, and data quality; recommend and implement improvements.
- Stay up to date on Salesforce platform releases and leverage new features to improve business processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Proven experience with Salesforce Lightning, Flow Builder, and declarative automation tools.
- In-depth knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Sites and related Salesforce functionality.
- Experience with third-party document integrations and tools such as DocuSign, Conga or similar platforms.
- Experience with data migration, dataloader, Account Engagement (Formerly Pardot), Campaigns, Campaign Influence reporting, list management and ROI reporting
- Experience working in fast-paced, SaaS or technology-driven environments.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification.
- Advanced stakeholder management -including members of C-suite
- Experience with Atlassian tools, including Jira and Confluence
- Experience gathering, documenting and implementing requirements
- Advanced ability to translate business needs into technical documentation for developers
- Proficient with Excel
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Superb communication skills with an ability to collaborate and provide feedback to peers and leadership
- Has the ability to think out of the box - not all our tasks are standard so neither are the solutions

- Zuora or any subscription/billing system experience
- Experience with Marketing Cloud
- Experience with Chili Piper or Calendly
- Experience with Gainsight
- Experience with Vonage or other VoIP integrated phone systems
- Experience with Ringlead or other data manipulation tools
- Experience with High Velocity Sales (Sales Engagement)
