The Role:Setting up and operating CNC machines safely and efficiently.Selecting and editing CNC programs to optimize productivity and part accuracy.Following routing instructions and ISO/company standards to meet quality specifications.Accurately documenting production and quality records, including heat numbers.Reading and interpreting complex technical drawings and procedures.Using precision measurement tools to verify tolerances and quality.Reporting equipment or part issues promptly to ensure smooth operation.Operating material handling equipment, overhead cranes, and jib hoists (training provided).Taking initiative to solve problems and support continuous improvement.You Bring:Completion of a recognized CNC training program OR equivalent CNC machining experience.Minimum 2 years' experience in a machining/manufacturing environment (preferred).Proficiency in interpreting blueprints and technical procedures.Strong understanding of machine surface requirements, tolerances, and measurement tools.
