- Ensure that the computerized HSE information systems are accurate and updated regularly (ie Procore, Avetta, SharePoint/ Dashboards etc.).
- Assist in the preparation, coordination & facilitation of HSE Orientation sessions.
- Communicate within your own department to ensure that all relevant information is forwarded to the appropriate personnel on a regular and timely basis. Provide regular updates to lead or manager regarding progress on required duties and the status of any outstanding actions.
- File, photocopy and complete general HSE administration including taking and typing meeting minutes as required.
- Participate in and report on management systems audits, inspections, investigations, and meetings as required.
- Build and maintain a thorough knowledge of health and safety legislation.
- Compile and generate statistical information for HSE Lead as requested.
- Adhoc items as requested by the HSE Lead or team to support the project.

- Proficiency with use of email, word processing, spreadsheet, database, and presentation software and use of the internet.
- Proficient user of MS Office, including Outlook and Teams, and other safety software programs.
- Knowledgeable in operating office equipment (photocopier, scanning etc.).
- Exceptional time-management and organizational/prioritizing skills.
- Knowledge of Construction, Infrastructure (preferably Rail) industries and previous experience within the industry is an asset.
- English literacy and effective communication skills both verbal and written. French literacy is desirable, not essential.
