  • Bring the energy to the floor with great sales habits and guest engagement
  • Keep things organized and on track with daily store tasks
  • Support training, behavior, and execution—especially when the manager is off the floor
  • Lead with good vibes and strong follow-through
  • Help make sure the store feels great, looks great, and performs great
