- Utilizing your superior interpersonal and communication skills you will provide administrative support for training requirements; including file maintenance and controlled document management.
- You will provide offsite support to Facilities; work orders, premise cleaning, fire safety, and security.
- Leveraging your excellent organizational skills, you will coordinate, schedule functions/meetings/catering and record minutes of meetings.
- Drawing from your experience in record management, you will keep records of requisitions and supplies.
- You will prepare documents for shipping and off-site storage. Perform other department related tasks and duties as required.
- Completion of secondary education. A minimum of three (3) years relevant office experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Effective communication (verbally and in writing) and interpersonal skills, ability to exercise sound judgement, tact and discretion when dealing with others.
- Ability to develop and maintain professional working relationships with departmental staff, management, volunteers, and customers.
- Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities within short timelines. A self starter. Must be flexible to adjust work schedule as required for document control implementations.
- Advanced proficiency in the use of computers within a Windows NT operating system using Microsoft Office 365, Share Point, Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Exceptionally strong attention to detail in all aspects of work, including accuracy of data entry and output produced.
