- Design, develop, and implement cloud architectures across major cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)
- Lead end-to-end solution design, including reference architectures, integration patterns, security controls, and governance frameworks
- Assess current client environments and recommend modernization strategies aligned with business goals
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to engineering teams throughout project delivery
- Conduct cloud assessments, architecture reviews, and performance optimizations
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical roadmaps
- Drive adoption of cloud best practices, automation, cost optimization, and operational excellence
- Ensure cloud architectures meet compliance, security, scalability, and availability standards
- Participate in pre-sales activities, including solutioning, estimation, and client presentations
- Stay current with emerging cloud technologies to continuously enhance solution offerings
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in cloud architecture or cloud engineering roles
- Strong practical knowledge of at least one major cloud platform (Azure AWS,GCP)
- Expertise in infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, ARM/Bicep, CloudFormation)
- Experience with cloud networking, security, identity management, and governance
- Proficiency in designing scalable, highly available, and resilient distributed systems
- Strong understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automation frameworks
- Ability to lead technical discussions and architect large-scale enterprise solutions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
- Cloud certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect Expert, AWS Solutions Architect Professional, GCP Professional Cloud Architect)
- Experience with data platforms, analytics solutions, and AI/ML workloads in the cloud
- Background in modernization initiatives such as data migration, containerization, serverless, or application refactoring
- Familiarity with FinOps disciplines and cost-optimization strategies
- Experience working in consulting or client-facing environments
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks (e.g., SOC2, HIPAA, PCI)
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration
- Understanding of cloud landing zone frameworks and enterprise cloud patterns
