- Maintain deep working knowledge of the Petrinex system, including reporting functionality and cross-system impacts.
- Participate in change management forums with ministries, regulators, and business analysts.
- Analyze, prioritize, and document change requests, including risk/benefit and stakeholder impact assessments.
- Document reproducible steps for defects and support solution design discussions.
- Provide support, training, and issue resolution to industry users and the Business Desk.
- Develop and execute acceptance test cases, document results, and provide production sign-off.
- Contribute to project design, build, test, and implementation phases with industry perspective.
- Identify and coordinate subject matter experts for workshops and working sessions.
- Review and validate developer design documentation for functional accuracy.
- Support development and execution of industry readiness and communication plans.
- Draft and maintain readiness handbooks and training materials for major projects.
- Plan and deliver stakeholder engagement sessions, including Change Leader meetings.
- Manage readiness scorecards and track stakeholder engagement and preparedness.
- Collaborate with third-party vendors on interoperability and integration documentation.
- Support data conversion activities including validation, reconciliation, and migration.
- Develop training content, job aids, and learning modules.
- Plan and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and End-to-End (E2E) testing activities.
- Represent Petrinex in stakeholder committees and industry engagement forums.
- Gather feedback, identify enhancements, and contribute to roadmap planning discussions.
- Bachelor's degree in business, management, or related discipline with 2+ years of Business Analyst experience; OR
- Diploma in business, management, or related discipline with 4+ years of Business Analyst experience; OR
- Certificate in business, management, or related discipline with 5+ years of Business Analyst experience; OR
- 6+ years of Business Analyst experience in lieu of formal education.
- Minimum 7 years of experience translating business requirements into detailed technical requirements in enterprise IT environments.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including planning, execution, and reporting.
- Experience creating training materials, technical documentation, and support resources.
- Experience providing operational system support, including data validation and conversion.
- Experience collaborating with internal and external stakeholders across business domains.
- Experience working in government or highly regulated environments with complex governance structures.
