A service-oriented mindset is essential, along with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with both business and IT stakeholders. The successful applicant will bring strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of designing holistic Power Platform solutions that deliver innovations that drive measurable value to business users in different lines of business.Key Accountabilities
- Be a courageous safety leader, adhere to and champion safety rules and procedures
- Monitor work queues, self-assign Power Platform incidents, and manage them within defined SLAs. Evaluate enhancement requests and provide realistic estimates for deliverables and solutions as needed. Design, develop, and deliver training programs and individual classes for software applications
- Leading resolution of incidents. Create, track, and monitor Jira incidents to resolution, specifically those related to Center of Excellence (CoE) or tenant-level administrative issues impacting the Power Platform user base will require an incident to be created, tracked and followed up on to resolution on behalf of the power platform user base
- Demonstrated ability to understand and document fundamental business processes
- A proactive problem-solver with a strong desire to learn, integrating Microsoft solutions such as SharePoint, Power Platform, Power BI, and Copilot in alignment with Digital Systems best practices and standards
- Excellent communication, prioritization, and organizational skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively across diverse workstreams
- Demonstrated ability to lead meetings, guide thoughtful design decisions, and engage in constructive dialogue to develop optimal solutions aligned with corporate strategy-while remaining open to diverse perspectives and avoiding a fixed agenda
- Completed Power Platform certifications or relevant coursework
- Hands-on experience with Power Platform projects across personal, academic, or professional settings
- Advanced knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse
- Committed to delivering exceptional service with a customer-first approach
- Familiar with programming languages such as JavaScript or C#
- Basic proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and querying
- Experience integrating Azure services and Microsoft 365 tools
- Solid understanding of the SharePoint environment and its capabilities
- Ability to work independently under pressure and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
- Skilled in analyzing and documenting core business processes
- Eager to learn and solve problems by holistically applying Microsoft technologies-including SharePoint, Power Platform, and Copilot-aligned with Digital Systems best practices
