  • Salary range for Production Supervisor/Asset Owner is between $70,000 and $85,000 CAD annually and is based on experience
At our facility in Mississauga you can develop your full potential, sustainably, by applying your expertise within the Packaging team as the Production Supervisor/Asset Owner :Lead and motivate a team to achieve operational efficiency goals in alignment with the overall business strategyCoach, train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and foster a culture of continuous improvementOptimize resource utilization and asset performance while strictly adhering to established business processes and best practicesEstablish and maintain effective communication systems within the team to ensure clear and efficient information flowManage documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and ensuring they are up to date and effectiveEnsure compliance with all quality standards and occupational health and safety regulationsDevelop and implement action plans to address performance gaps and drive improvementsConduct Health and Safety audits and develop action plans for maintaining an orderly, clean work environment; owns and mitigates A-risksBring out the best in yourself!Every day, our colleagues choose to respect their true nature by contributing with passion to our mission.You too, put forward your strengths:Minimum of five (5) years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environmentPost-secondary education in a related field is preferredStrong understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles, including 5S, TPM, Kaizen, and Six SigmaAbility to collaborate effectively, with a strong commitment to servant leadership, creating a supportive and empowering environment that promotes team growth, development, and successExcellent problem-solving skills with the ability to address production challenges and optimize workflows for maximum efficiencyFamiliarity with ERP systems (preferably SAP) and proficiency in the Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to work autonomously, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentStrong knowledge of health and safety regulations, with a demonstrated commitment to ensuring compliance and creating a safe work environment for all team membersConfidence in navigating and resolving complex or ambiguous situations, with a solution-oriented approachWe look forward to meeting you!About CascadesCascades believes in the success of an inclusive organization that values diversity within its team.
