Let’s kick your career into high gear.What you’ll be doing:The Service Technician role is all about finding that perfect balancing act between your attention to detail and your ability to multi-task. We know you’re skilled, but can you pull out your best Usain Bolt impression once you get under that hood? Billable hours are the name of the game, and the key to winning is managing those multiple repair orders. It starts with assisting with repair estimates with the Parts and Service Manager.Once you get the green light, it’s time to go. Diagnose, service, repair and replace all parts for your units. Yeah, those sweet motor sports units we were talking about before. Prepping, disassembling, reassembling, even recommending maintenance. Every job will be a little different, but that’s what keeps this job FFUN! You’re passionate about the powersports industry and will share that love with your co-workers. A great attitude will get you 90% there, for the rest, we're looking for:
  • Previous mechanic experience in recreation, automotive or other similar area, particularly in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Must provide your own tools.
  • A valid class 5 Driver’s License upon employment (Class M motorcycle license is preferred).
  • Powersports and marine experience is an asset.
  • Forklift experience is an asset.
