Job Description:Our client is seeking an experienced Facilities Coordinator to join their team on a contract basis in Calgary, Alberta. This role supports the coordination of a small team of multi-skilled operatives while maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, landlords, and vendors. The ideal candidate is experienced in managing service requests, monitoring performance, and ensuring high standards across all facilities operations.Responsibilities:
  • Manage service requests in Corrigo, ensuring timely completion and invoicing.
  • Coordinate daily activities of multi-skilled teams.
  • Maintain relationships with stakeholders, landlords, agents, and vendors.
  • Supervise contractors and ensure performance compliance.
  • Support vendor procurement and service needs.
  • Oversee financial processes, including POs, accruals, and tracking.
  • Conduct site inspections and ensure safety compliance.
  • Implement risk management and best practices.
  • Support disaster recovery and continuity planning.
  • Prepare reports and monitor KPIs to meet SLA targets.
Requirements:Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and in a team.
  • Skilled at multitasking and adapting under pressure.
  • Experience with purchase orders and invoices.
  • Knowledge of risk management and property operations.
