- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Able to work independently and in a team.
- Skilled at multitasking and adapting under pressure.
- Experience with purchase orders and invoices.
- Knowledge of risk management and property operations.
