Our client, a large multi channel product and service organization is looking for a Marketing Analytics & Insights professional to join their team for a one-year contract position.You will support data-driven campaign strategy and execution. You will also partner with marketing stakeholders to deliver insights, optimize targeting, and improve campaign performance through advanced analytics.Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define campaign objectives, audiences, and data requirements
  • Build customer profiles using first- and third-party data
  • Develop and automate campaign lists and Power BI reporting
  • Support campaign design, including segmentation, test/control frameworks, and performance measurement
  • Translate data into actionable insights to inform marketing strategy
  • Identify data gaps and recommend enhancements to improve analytics capabilities
  • Contribute to best practices, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Commerce)
  • 5+ years of experience in database marketing and marketing analytics
  • Strong proficiency in SQL/SAS
  • Experience with Power BI
  • Proven ability in campaign targeting, segmentation, and performance analysis
  • Experience with third-party data (e.g., PRIZM) and SAS certification are assets

Additional Information:
Salary range: $60-89K/yr
