- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing group of middleware experts while managing capacity, prioritization, and clear performance and development expectations
- Coordinate the delivery and operational support of integration and API solutions across business units and client environments. Encourage a culture focused on defect-free outcomes, ensure incidents are resolved on time and SLAs are met, and continually improve reusable patterns, guidelines, and support processes.
- Own the full lifecycle of data exchange and communication platforms—managing upgrades, patching, capacity planning, performance optimization, and documentation—while ensuring enterprise standards for availability, security, compliance, and scalability, providing reporting dedicated to critical issues, and partnering with vendors on customer concerns and long‑term planning.
- Lead integration and API governance by ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, managing the full API lifecycle—including versioning, documentation, and usage reporting—and ensuring all integrations comply with data privacy, security, regulatory, and architectural requirements.
- Partner with Architecture on solution design and platform evolution, collaborate with Security, Data Privacy, Compliance, Infrastructure, and Application teams to ensure high‑quality end‑to‑end delivery, and engage with business units, product teams, and clients to understand needs, manage expectations, and provide clear reporting
- Adhere to enterprise risk frameworks and controls by completing all required risk activities on time, ensuring middleware platforms meet all security, risk, and audit requirements, and maintaining zero high‑risk findings through timely remediation of any identified gaps.
- University degree, preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years’ experience with integration technologies.
- 3+ years of people management experience.
- Experience with enterprise integration technologies and shared-service delivery.
- 3+ years in an iPaaS, ETL, or ESB environment (e.g., Boomi, Solace).
- Solid understanding of APIs (REST, SOAP) and event‑driven architecture.
- Experience managing platform lifecycle activities and integration governance.
- Experience working with multiple business units and managing vendor relationships.
- Experience driving compliance with technical standards.
- Financial services experience.
- Boomi or Solace certifications.
- Proven leadership skills that enable guiding technical teams, enforcing quality, and promoting a zero‑defect culture.
- Excellent collaborator management, capable of negotiating priorities and building positive relationships.
- Strong technical expertise in integration technologies (Boomi, Solace, or equivalents).
- Deep understanding of API management and event‑driven architectures.
- Strong understanding of cloud, hybrid, and on‑prem infrastructure models and enterprise architecture principles.
- Solid knowledge of enterprise IT processes including change, incident, and problem management.
- Strategic planning capability with the ability to influence and drive strategic direction.
- Highly organized, self‑directed, and able to work effectively under pressure.
- Base Salary and Discretionary Performance Bonus: A competitive annual range of $164,000 to $182,000, based on your experience and qualifications.
