What You’ll Do:
As a key partner in the client's pricing transformation journey, you will:
- Collaborate closely with senior client stakeholders to understand pricing challenges and provide actionable, data-driven solutions.
- Work on high-visibility projects that influence strategic pricing decisions, customer price perception, and overall category performance.
- Harness structured and unstructured data across multiple systems to solve complex pricing and business problems.
- Integrate and streamline large datasets to build cohesive, scalable solutions.
- Design impactful dashboards and reports that answer core business questions and drive insights-based decision-making.
- Prioritize and handle pricing-related analytical requests, create delivery plans, and ensure timely, high-quality outputs.
- Define scope, success metrics, and project outcomes to measure the impact of pricing interventions.
- Lead end-to-end engineering: Architect and build robust ETL/ELT pipelines, data warehouses/marts, and data lakes to support scalable analytics.
- Continuously optimize and evolve data integration processes, applying best practices in code versioning, deployment automation, and CI/CD for data pipelines.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation and standardize engineering and analytics processes to ensure long-term scalability and collaboration.
- We’re looking for someone who can blend technical excellence with business acumen:
- 4+ years’ experience in delivering analytics or BI solutions - experience in Retail or Pricing Analytics is highly preferred.
- Strong skills in SQL and big data tools like Google Big Query, HIVE, or equivalent platforms.
- Hands-on experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Experience building scalable ETL/ELT workflows and working with data warehouses, data marts, and data lakes.
- Familiarity with CI/CD practices, version control (e.g., Git), and automation tools.
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication and presentation skills - ability to explain complex analytics to non-technical collaborators.
- Analytical approach with an interest in creative problem solving
- Proven experience working with global teams and managing delivery across on-site/offshore models.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Analytics, MIS, Data Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field (master’s preferred).
