Join a top employer and advance your career. Our client, a leader in their field, has partnered with Aplin to hire an Accounting & Administration Manager based in Slave Lake. Relocation assistance will be provided.Responsibilities:
  • Monthly reconcilliation of financial accounts
  • Accounts Payable and Receivable duties
  • Prepare payroll schedules and T4's
  • Assist with new employee onboarding
  • Prepare and file GST returns
  • Process all assets and inventory additions and disposals
Qualifications:
  • A post secondary degree in a related field
  • Intermediate microsoft excel skills
  • Proficient with Sage accounting software
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • 3+ years of accounting experience
  • Experience with 3rd party invoicing software
  • Experience with Google Workspace is considered an asset
