- Lead strategic Corporate Account strategy and performance across the Americas
- Drive commercial sales and market growth in Mexico, servicing as the senior commercial leader for Mexico
- Oversee Corporate Accounts, Demand Planning, Pricing & Contract Management
- Guild strategic relationships, deliver on revenue and margin targets, and ensure alignment with regional and global business objectives
- Ensure Zero Harm leadership across all areas of responsibility
- Build strong customer relationships and deliver customer-centric solutions
- Optimize work processes
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, Masters preferred
- 5 + years in business development, sales leadership, or commercial management in industrial, manufacturing, or mining
- Proven experience managing large, strategic corporate accounts across multiple countries
- 5+ years track record of driving international market growth, with specific experience in LatAm
- Strong negotiation skills with experience in high-value, complex contract management
- Bilingual in English (speaking, reading & writing) & Spanish (speaking) required; Portuguese a plus
- Strategic sourcing experience with exposure to the global Ammonium Nitrate market
