- Provide marketing support for all types of commercial placements within the Alberta region including large and mid-market new business.
- Engage with Producers and the Chief Sales Officer to provide marketing support for HUB Top 200 and other Stewardship accounts as required.
- Support Producers with market and coverage availability and interpretation of wordings.
- Collaborate with Producers, the Chief Sales Officer and Chief Marketing Officer to develop and implement niche markets and programs.
- Fully understand our existing programs and products.
- Be proficient with wordings and the subtle differences between markets.
- Assist with coaching new Producers and Assistants on various commercial products and topics.
- Maintain effective communication with our key carriers and help to coordinate insurer visits and training as required.
- Regularly engage with HUB branches and Producers to exchange ideas with commercial team members, build relationships and encourage the use of the Marketing department.
- Actively participate in commercial lines meetings as required.
- Attend and participate in company meetings and events as required, including occasional off-site.
- Minimum 3-5 years of commercial insurance experience and knowledgeable insurance professional; commercial lines underwriting experience is an asset.
- Level 2 General Insurance License.
