The Opportunity:Our client, a growing and operationally focused services business, is seeking a Field Service Manager, to support and scale their HVAC service and installation operations across the Greater Vancouver area.This is a critical, boots-on-the-ground leadership hire for the organization. The role will take ownership of a team of field technicians while ensuring work is executed safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with regulatory standards.This is not a desk job, it's a hands-on leadership role for someone who understands the field, can lead from the front, and takes real accountability for outcomes.What You'll Be Doing:

Lead, coach, and support a team of HVAC technicians across service and installation work
Ensure all work is completed safely, to code, and to a high standard of quality
Own accountability for permits, licensing, and regulatory compliance across operations
Manage and coordinate third-party contractors and installation partners
Oversee job execution, timelines, and overall quality control in the field
Partner with leadership to identify and implement operational improvements
Provide ongoing coaching, direction, and support to field teams
Act as the bridge between field operations and senior leadership

What You'll Need to Be Successful:

Proven experience in HVAC field operations, ideally in a supervisory or leadership capacity
Refrigeration certification/license (required)
Additional gas or trade certifications are a strong asset
Experience managing technicians and/or external contractors
Strong understanding of safety, compliance, and quality standards
Hands-on, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to troubleshoot in real time
Strong organizational and communication skills
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Compensation :

Base salary: $85,000 - $100,000 + 10% Bonus
