- Absence management: Oversee short-term absences (1 to 6 days) and extended sick leaves (7 days or more), including gradual return-to-work plans.
- Special leaves: Administer occasional leaves (unpaid, parental, bereavement, etc.).
- Accommodations: Manage various types of accommodation requests.
- Analysis and reporting: Produce and maintain reports related to leaves and accommodations to ensure effective follow-up in compliance with internal policies.
- Bilingual (French and English) required.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in human resources.
- Work experience in a generalist position in a federal, unionized environment.
- Post-secondary education in human resources or labor relations, or equivalent work experience.
