You will leverage your analytical expertise and technical skills to enhance reporting capabilities, streamline operations, and provide actionable insights that help shape our employee experience.StackAdapt is a Remote First company. We are open to candidates located anywhere in the United States or Canada for this position.What you'll be doing
  • Design and implement automated, scalable reporting dashboards to track benefits invoices, utilization, cost trends, and employee engagement with benefits programs.
  • Build and maintain processes, tools, and workflows that improve efficiency in benefits administration (e.g., automation of recurring reporting and data reconciliation).
  • Continuously monitor, validate, and review benefits-related metrics, translating findings into clear and actionable insights for HR leadership and cross-functional partners.
  • Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, and external vendors to ensure data accuracy, improve processes, and optimize benefits offerings.
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify trends, anomalies, or opportunities in benefits data (e.g., plan utilization, spend, employee adoption rates).
  • Define technical requirements for data processes and collaborate with HR technology partners to enhance system integrations and reporting capabilities.
  • Develop high-quality dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support decision-making and total rewards strategy planning.
  • Support broader Total Rewards projects by using your analytical skills to contribute to key initiatives and solve business problems.
What you'll bring to the table:
  • Strong knowledge and experience working with data in Excel and Google Sheets including building automation solutions and dashboards.
  • Prior experience in finance, accounting, or analytical roles with a focus on reporting and process improvement is an asset.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Mathematics, Economics, Business, Statistics, or related field.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail and a continuous improvement mindset, with a track record of identifying and implementing efficiency gains.
  • Discretion in dealing with confidential and sensitive information.
