As a Field Service Representative, you will: Provide field service engineering, technical assistance, scheduling and sales support direction to customers in areas of installation, testing, startup, maintenance, repair, training and modification of electrical power distribution equipment. Deliver technical solutions to customers. Mentor less experienced technicians. Provide technical training. Diploma or Degree in an Electrical field from an accredited institution or Journeyman licence. Minimum of three (3) years of experience evaluating and servicing electrical distribution or control systems. Legally authorized to work in Canada without company sponsorship. Business travel to customer sites required, utilizing company vehicle (50 - 75% travel). Possess and maintain a valid and unrestricted driver's license. Certified Engineering Technologist (CET). Experience in protective relays preferred. Experience in performing power quality measurements, troubleshooting, and analysis preferred.
