Project Coordinator - Industrial InstallationsLocation: Burlington, ON (In-office, 5 days/week)Type: Full-time, PermanentSalary: $70,000 - $80,000Travel: 25% (Canada & U.S.)Reports To: Engineering ManagerOverviewOur client designs and installs integrated recycling and material handling systems for industrial and manufacturing environments across North America.This role is focused on coordinating the installation of industrial equipment and systems; ensuring the right people, materials, and logistics are aligned for successful on-site execution.This is a hands-on coordination role, ideal for someone with 4-5 years of experience supporting installation, mechanical, or industrial projects, not a senior project management position.What You'll Be Doing

Coordinate installation schedules across multiple active projects
Support the planning and execution of on-site industrial installations
Arrange logistics for equipment, materials, and site deliveries
Coordinate internal installation crews and external contractors
Organize travel for installation teams (flights, hotels, etc.)
Ensure all required Health & Safety documentation is complete prior to site work
Assist with site readiness and installation planning
Track project timelines and flag scheduling risks or conflicts
Maintain accurate project records and documentation
Act as a coordination point between engineering, field teams, suppliers, and customers
Occasionally visit local job sites to support installations and gain project insight

What We're Looking For

4-5 years of experience in project coordination or project support
Experience supporting industrial equipment installation, mechanical systems, or field-based projects
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, logistics-heavy environment
Experience coordinating contractors, schedules, and equipment deliveries
Ability to read and interpret drawings or site plans (preferred)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Experience with tools like Smartsheet, MS Project, Monday.com, or similar

Nice to Have:

Background in industrial services, equipment installation, or manufacturing environments
Technical diploma or related education

This role is best suited for someone in a coordination capacity and not a senior project manager.Location RequirementThis is a fully in-office role based in Burlington, ON.Candidates must currently live within commuting distance. Relocation is not supported.Travel

Approximately 25% travel across Canada and the U.S.
Valid passport required
