Additionally, we provide training throughout your career to support and guide your professional development.As a Warehouse Team Leader, your main responsibilities will be:

Supervise all aspects of order preparation, from receiving to shipping.
Verify merchandise discrepancies and manage the opening and closing of routes.
Ensure the proper functioning and safety of equipment in shipping and receiving areas.
Coordinate the work of a team of employees and report any issues to the supervisors.
Ensure the health and safety of workers.

QualificationsTo join our team, you need, among other things:

A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role.
Good understanding of warehousing, including shipping/receiving.
Diligence in work organization and procedure control.
Knowledge of Warehouse Management System (WMS) (an asset).
