- Responsible for assigned scope of the project and accountable for performing duties that facilitate work progressing with safety, quality, schedule, cost, and contractual requirements.
- Liaise with key stakeholders as required generally including engineering, procurement, construction, quality, client & subcontractors.
- Maintain a positive relationship with client project counterparts.
- Responsible for helping implement the project schedule and track budget for assigned engineering, procurement, construction segments of the project.
- Coordinates with Engineering and key Stakeholders to ensure that the technical documents are prepared in support of the project.
- Support procurement and contract management processes.
- Coordinates the preparation and delivery of project deliverables.
- Maintains project documentation and records.
- Support the development of work breakdown structures (WBS).
- Contribute to project forecasting and resource levelling
- Assist in the preparation of project deliverables.
- Assist in the planning and preparation of proposals.
- Provides status and progress reports in support of the Project Manager.
- Ensure work is performed within quality program requirements.
- Ensure a strong nuclear safety culture is reinforced continuously.

- Minimum 2 years of nuclear industry or related experience.
- Experience supporting various type of projects including design, construction, manufacturing or engineering services projects.
- Working Experience with Microsoft Office software such as Excel, Outlook and Teams, Power BI, MS Project.
- University degree or equivalent, BSc in Engineering considered an asset.
- Knowledge of nuclear project work, project management, project controls, planning, estimating and employee relations.
- An appreciation of the importance of Quality Assurance Programs and their significance to the nuclear industry considered an asset.
- Must have the ability to handle all matters in a confidential and professional manner.
