We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our team on a long-term contract basis in North York, Ontario. In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs, analyze processes, and deliver actionable insights to drive improvements. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work in the services industry and contribute to meaningful projects.Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with project goals.
  • Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for improvement and recommend effective solutions.
  • Utilize Atlassian Jira to manage and track project tasks and workflows.
  • Develop detailed documentation, including Business Requirement Documents, to support project objectives.
  • Perform data analysis using Microsoft Excel to generate reports and insights.
  • Facilitate AB testing processes to evaluate system changes and enhancements.
  • Work within Agile Scrum and Waterfall methodologies to ensure successful project execution.
  • Communicate effectively with teams and stakeholders to provide updates and resolve issues.
  • Support CRM-related initiatives by analyzing workflows and suggesting optimizations.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and project timelines.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Business Analyst in a detail-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in Atlassian Jira for project tracking and management.
  • Strong understanding of gap analysis and its application in business process improvement.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for data analysis and documentation.
  • Experience with creating and maintaining Business Requirement Documents.
  • Familiarity with Agile Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders and team members.
  • Knowledge of AB testing processes and CRM systems.
