Location: Burnaby, BCType of Employment: ContractRole & Responsibilities:
  • The project management team must be able to provide the existing business process. The technical team must provide technical information and the project scope. The project and technical teams are responsible for the gap analysis.
  • The project management team must be able engaged in this step to obtain a complete and thorough assessment. This step will be used in the overall Change Management Plan.
  • The project management team and QM/CM will be responsible to identify the Change Ambassadors.
  • The project management team and QM/CM will participate in the preparation of this plan.
  • The project management team and QM/CM will be responsible to identify the Sponsors.
  • The technical team and QM/CM will work with the Vendor to prepare the training material for approval by PM.
  • The project management team and QM/CM will use the details and ideas outlined in this plan when interacting with key stakeholders and Front-Line Supervisors.
  • The project management team and QM/CM will work with the Vendor to prepare this plan.
  • The project management team will provide technical content, review communication material as defined in the plan, and provide recipient lists. QM/CM will assist the Vendor with any change communications that require internal credentials.
  • There are options for training such as using internal resources (i.e., SME or Change Agents). During the development of the Training Plan, the project management team should identify whether internal or external resources will be needed for training.
  • The project management team must be engaged in this step to obtain a complete and thorough plan and assessment. This step is vital in reinforcing the process change utilization.
Qualifications / Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business administration, management, or organizational development.
  • In addition to formal education, it is also important to have experience in project management, leadership, and communication.
  • Certification in change management, Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP).
