Our client, a leading organization in facility management services, is seeking a Facility Coordinator cum Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Facility Coordinator cum Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Facilities Management Department supporting operational excellence and employee experience. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proactive problem-solving, excellent communication skills, and a strong commitment to safety and quality standards, which will align successfully in the organization.Job Title: Facility Coordinator cum Maintenance Technician
Location: Vancouver, BC
Pay Range: $30-$40/hrWhat's the Job?
  • Deliver high-quality facility management services at the Vancouver site, ensuring operational efficiency and statutory compliance.
  • Oversee the maintenance, repairs, and management of physical assets and spaces within the organization.
  • Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service providers to ensure service excellence and cost-effectiveness.
  • Coordinate safety, security, energy management, and sustainability initiatives to promote a safe and environmentally responsible workplace.
  • Lead and support the facility management team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and safety compliance.
What's Needed?
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in end-to-end facility management, including office and building operations.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, vendor relationships, and statutory compliance requirements.
  • Strong knowledge of building management regulations, electrical, mechanical, civil works, and safety standards.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to develop innovative solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field preferred.
