In this role, you will support the process by screening candidates and verifying documentation before they proceed to the next stage of hiring.As a Preboard US Screener, there is a strong focus on compliance and communication since you will be reviewing candidate profiles, verifying documents, and coordinating. PBE Agents Screen all passengers when they are embarking on a Direct to US Flight from NL.What's in it for you?

Responsibilities for PBE-A BDO Preboard US Screener

Customer service duties like welcome, check identification
Interview passengers for direct flight from YYT to USA. Pre-screen
Review candidate applications and conduct pre-boarding screening
Verify identification, work authorization, and required documentation
Ensure candidates meet eligibility and compliance requirements for U.S. assignments
Communicate with candidates to obtain missing documents or information
Report any discrepancies or concerns found during the screening process

Qualifications for PBE-A BDO Preboard US Screener

Be authorized to work in Canada
Must be eligible for Airport Security Pass (RAIC) and complete online PBE course
Security/Interview techniques an asset.
First aid certification - {an asset / required}
Exceptional customer service skills
Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
