Our client is seeking a SAP S/4HANA Security Lead to support their ERP transformation efforts. This full-time position plays a critical role in ensuring security compliance, optimization, and cloud integration alignment following a major upgrade to S/4HANA on RISE. The ideal candidate brings extensive experience managing security in complex SAP landscapes, especially post-upgrade environments, and can lead both internal and external teams in delivering secure, scalable solutions.What you will be doing:Conduct and lead post-upgrade security assessments and tuning within an S/4HANA (RISE) environmentManage end-to-end SAP security design, including cloud integrations (SAP BTP, SuccessFactors, Ariba, etc.)Oversee SoD controls, user access governance, and quarterly audit processesGuide vendor and offshore partners on security deliverablesSupport implementation and management of identity and access governance (SAP IAG or GRC)What you must have:8+ years of SAP security experience; 3+ years specific to S/4HANADirect experience in stabilizing and optimizing security after a system upgradeFamiliarity with cloud-based security models, SAP BTP, and regulatory compliance (e.g. SOX)Strong leadership skills in cross-functional and vendor-led environmentsSAP Security certification is a strong assetSalary/Rate Range: $130,000.00 – $160,000.00If you’re looking to step into a visible, strategic role with a well-established Canadian organization undergoing digital transformation, we’d love to hear from you.For more information about TEEMA and to consider other career opportunities, please visit our website at
