- Client Relationship Management – proactive outreach, annual review calls, and maintaining concierge-level service for HNW clients.
- Risk Assessment & Coverage Design – tailoring bespoke insurance programs for complex assets (multiple properties, high-value collections, luxury vehicles, yachts, aircraft).
- Claims Advocacy – acting as a personal liaison during claims, ensuring swift resolution and white-glove handling.
- Market & Carrier Engagement – liaising with HNW underwriters, negotiating terms, and staying updated on specialty products.
- Portfolio Monitoring – tracking policy renewals, coverage gaps, and changes in client circumstances or asset values.
- New Business Development – networking in luxury, financial, and professional circles to generate referrals.
- Discretion & Privacy Management – safeguarding client confidentiality while coordinating with attorneys, wealth managers, and family offices.
