Sheeter Operator - (Weekends - Days)

- Operate sheeter equipment.
- Adjust feed rolls of the machine.
- Perform quality checks.
- Communicate any issues with supervisor and oven operators.
- Update metric board.
- Follow product specifications.
- Follow sheeter profiles.
- Troubleshoot any sheeter issues.
- Conduct the mixing and loading of ingredients into seed hopper.
- Handle Re-work dough.
- Control dump time / Lay time.
- Record downtime and sheeter scrap.
- Follow SOP’s including required paperwork and ERP requirements.
- Ensure work area is clean prior to the start of the following shift.
- Complete changeovers, including full washdown of equipment.
- Operate power walkie (once licensed) to move dough bins.
- Perform other assigned duties.
- Follow Health and Safety rules and regulations.
- Must follow Good Manufacturing Practices, Food Safety, and Food Defense guidelines.
- Comply with all Company policies and procedures.
