
Senior Culture & Talent Development Advisor

- Organizational Assessment: Conducts leader and culture assessment (e.g. OHI and Pulse Check surveys, focus groups, discovery meetings, 360 feedback) and performs gap analysis to diagnoses challenges and provide recommendations to improve organizational health and performance, drawing on insights from a variety of sources.
- Culture, Talent & Organizational Development Programs: Partners with senior leadership, People & Culture specialists to determine required skills and behaviours to support current and future business needs and align culture and talent development solutions. Designs, develops, implements and evaluates programs on topics such as culture, employee engagement and retention, leader and team effectiveness, succession, and career planning. Applies the latest practices, models, and tools (including AI) in instructional design and adult learning. Maintains sustainability of programs beyond implementation, including intranet and learning management system content.
- Organizational Change Management: Participates as a member of FW's Change Management Centre of Expertise (CoE) in the ongoing design, delivery, evaluation, and evolution of the change management policy, framework, tools, and training. Collaborates to build organizational change management capability and ensure adoption and sustainment of desired practices. Facilitates change management training and coaching for the change community as needed.
- Projects: Leads culture and talent development projects from inception through to execution. Creates project and change plans, coordinates resource, manages to timelines and accountabilities, ensuring effective and on-time implementation. Supports the design of the annual Leader Summit, including theme, sourcing, and speaker selection, to ensure summit is aligned with cultural and strategic priorities.
- 5 years' experience in organizational development consulting or similar, with a track record of successfully implementing organizational development initiatives required; 3 years' people leadership experience preferred
- Hands on project and change management experience preferred
- Post secondary degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience required; Master's Degree is an asset.
- Change management certified (e.g. Prosci, CCMP) is an asset
- Certified coach (e.g. ICF), with 3 years hands on experience coaching executive and senior leaders is required
- Experience with 360 feedback and psychometric assessments for evaluation and development is required
- Strong understanding of organizational behaviour, change management principles and adult learning theory
