Senior Clinical Specialist – Electrophysiology (Western Canada)

- Provide in-procedure clinical support within cardiac cath/EP labs across assigned hospitals
- Deliver expert training and education on EP mapping systems and ablation technologies
- Build strong relationships with physicians, clinicians, and hospital stakeholders to support adoption and utilization
- Identify customer needs and deliver tailored clinical solutions and product guidance
- Support and execute regional strategic plans in collaboration with sales and cross-functional teams
- Lead product demonstrations, presentations, and educational sessions
- Assist with clinical trials, including protocol education and site support
- Maintain advanced knowledge of electrophysiology technologies, therapies, and industry trends
- Provide timely reporting and insights following clinical support activities
- Travel regularly within Western Canada to support accounts and business objectives
- Bachelor's degree or healthcare diploma (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience with 3D cardiac mapping systems OR 10+ years in medical device sales or clinical electrophysiology
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to communicate complex clinical concepts clearly
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for travel within the territory
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently across Western Canada
- Cardiac Technologists or Registered Nurses with electrophysiology, cardiology, or cath lab experience
- Graduates of accredited Cardiac Technology programs, including Mohawk College and British Columbia Institute of Technology
- Clinically sharp, intellectually curious individuals with a strong ability to learn complex technologies and translate them into practical, real-world application in a fast-paced environment
- NASPE/IBHRE CEPS certification
- Experience in atrial fibrillation, cardiac mapping, or structural heart procedures
- Hands-on experience with 3D cardiac mapping systems
