- Create Compelling Content: Develop engaging PR and marcom messaging and collateral—think customer success stories, bylined articles, press releases, social posts and internal newsletters.
- Lead Strategic Programs: Build and execute key programs, including industry research initiatives, editorial calendars with key industry analysts and media, and corporate communications initiatives.
- Collaborate for Success: Work with marketing, sales, professional services, product management and customers to produce high quality customer success messaging and content.
- Analyze and Optimize: Dive into data to report on PR performance and fine-tune approaches for even greater success.
- Make a Splash: Help manage relationships with external PR agency and other vendors and contribute to the success of our annual user conference.
- A PR and marketing communications innovator with a bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, business, communications or equivalent experience.
- Creativity meets strategy: You excel at creating messaging that resonates and drives brand awareness and thought leadership.
- Proven success in managing PR and marketing programs in technology or B2B environment for at least three years.
- A collaborative spirit: Comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, and thrive in teamwork setting.
- Industry knowledge: Understanding of logistics and supply chain industry (e.g., routing, transportation management, freight forwarding, customs and regulatory compliance, ecommerce, global trade intelligence) is a big plus.
- Tech-savvy skills: Ability to build proficiency quickly with marketing tools such as Monday.com and Meltwater.
