- Conducting needs assessments to identify organizational and individual skill gaps and development priorities
- Supporting the Manager, Learning in building comprehensive learning strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Determining appropriate learning methodologies, content formats, and delivery mechanisms
- Designing and developing high-quality, engaging learning content including presentations, manuals, e-learning modules, videos, and interactive materials
- Delivering training through multiple channels such as e-learning, virtual classrooms, train-the-trainer, and onsite facilitated learning
- Leveraging learning technologies and LMS platforms to manage, deliver, and track learning initiatives while staying current with emerging tools
- Developing evaluation frameworks, collecting and analyzing feedback, and using data-driven insights to continuously improve learning programs
- Partnering with subject matter experts, managers, cross-functional teams, and external vendors to ensure program relevance and foster a culture of continuous learning
- Bachelor’s degree in Adult Education, Instructional Design, Organizational Development, HR, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3+ years of experience in learning and development, instructional design, or a learning consultant role within a complex organization
- Strong knowledge of instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and blended learning methodologies, with hands-on experience using LMS and e-learning tools
- Proven ability to design, develop, and deliver engaging learning experiences across virtual, in-person, and self-directed formats
- Strong analytical and project management skills, with experience assessing learning needs, evaluating program effectiveness, and managing multiple initiatives
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
- An excellent communicator – you use your interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills to facilitate project deliverables, convey and address ideas, challenges, and opportunities across several functions, teams, and departments, internally and externally. You love to collaborate, consult, and be resourceful.
