We call it Royal Service.You’ll spend your day bringing store plans to life, working to achieve financial goals, leading day-to-day operations, supporting your team in resolving customer concerns, and overseeing health, safety, and loss prevention protocols.By taking an active leadership role on the sales floor, you’ll work side by side with your team to understand how things are going, spot where support is needed, and build strong connections. You’ll also drive initiatives that bring the team together, spark collaboration, and create a high-performing, results-driven environment.You'll be accountable for recruiting, hiring, training and mentoring Team Members and helping create succession plans to grow their careers with Princess Auto. You will manage and complete performance reviews and coach Team Members to ensure they are successful in their roles.You’ll fit in great if you::
  • Genuinely care about our customers’ shopping experience

  • Have a minimum of four years’ leadership experience in retail or a service-oriented industry
