Define and drive the Talent strategy in alignment with our purpose, vision, and business goals.
Monitor organizational health using surveys, diagnostics, and change readiness tools—turning insights into action.
Advise senior leadership on change, talent, and culture initiatives to ensure organizational readiness.
Keep us future-ready by staying on top of trends in leadership development, workforce transformation, and learning.
People & Partnerships
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of L&D professionals.
Build strong partnerships with business leaders to align development initiatives with organizational needs.
Champion change leadership capabilities across all management levels.
Manage external vendors, consultants, and learning partners.
Succession & Performance
Lead succession planning for critical roles and track internal talent pipelines.
Facilitate talent reviews and oversee programs for high-potential employees.
Manage the performance management cycle and provide tools for consistent, effective feedback.
Learning & Development
Oversee the design and delivery of learning strategies that support skill-building, career growth, and internal mobility.
Integrate competency models into recruitment, onboarding, evaluation, and promotion.
Promote knowledge-sharing and continuous learning across the organization.
Embed DEIB principles into leadership and development programs.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS TO BE SUCCESSFUL
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or Psychology.
Minimum 5 years as a Senior Advisor or Business Partner in OD and L&D.
Advanced expertise in succession planning, career development, change management, learning & development, performance management, and project management.
Strong presentation skills and ability to influence at all levels.
Strong French language skills required, English is considered an important asset.
Ability to travel up to 15–20 days per year.
Assets:
Change Management certification.
Lean Six Sigma certification.
Experience with Learning Management Systems.
