We are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Supervisor/Manager to join our team in North York, Ontario. In this role, you will oversee the accounts receivable operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in all related processes. This is a contract position, offering an excellent opportunity for growth and long-term collaboration.Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the accounts receivable team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
  • Oversee billing processes, ensuring invoices are accurate and delivered promptly.
  • Monitor and optimize collection procedures to maintain timely payments and minimize outstanding balances.
  • Utilize accounting software systems such as 3M, ADP, and Concur to streamline financial operations.
  • Collaborate with customer service teams to address client inquiries and resolve disputes effectively.
  • Prepare regular financial reports, providing insights into receivables and collection trends.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations in all accounts receivable activities.
  • Implement and maintain CRM systems to enhance customer relationship management.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Train and mentor team members to develop skills and improve overall performance.
  • Proven experience in accounts receivable management or supervision.
  • Strong proficiency in accounting software systems, including 3M, ADP, and Concur.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and their application in financial operations.
  • Deep understanding of collection processes and billing functions.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to analyze financial data and prepare detailed reports.
  • Knowledge of relevant financial regulations and compliance standards.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a team.
