- Monitor and analyze billing activities to identify and address discrepancies.
- Review daily margin reports for consistency and accuracy.
- Reconcile bank accounts promptly to maintain financial integrity.
- Prepare and post month-end journal entries with precision.
- Conduct account reconciliations and compile related financial reports.
- Enter and reconcile biweekly payroll journal entries effectively.
- Support external and internal audit processes by providing necessary documentation.
- Perform intercompany account reconciliations to ensure proper alignment.
- Prepare and review commissions payable, ensuring accurate reconciliation of sales data.
- Contribute to special projects and take on additional responsibilities as required.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, including general ledger management.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and relevant standards.
- Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong analytical abilities combined with excellent attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
