Thorough knowledge of wealth management solutions and tools Deep understanding of mutual fund products and the features of both registered and non-registered investment accounts Holistic approach to client discovery and analysis Strong work ethic with an ability to stay focused through periods of high volume and under demanding circumstances Effective relationship building, communication, and discovery skills through virtual means Ability to embrace technology to maximize productivity and enhance processes Ability to work independently and an aptitude for cross functional collaboration with teams Growth mindset and the ability to make client-focused, data driven decisions High level of accuracy and attention to detail Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Completion of a two-year college diploma or bachelor's degree Minimum 3 years of related wealth management experience is preferred Completion of the Conduct and Practices Handbook, Investment Advisors Training Program (90-Day) and/or Wealth Management Essentials course is preferred but not required Pursuing the QAFP or CFP certification is expected as part of this role Ability to work shift work including Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings Working knowledge of Salesforce and Dataphile considered a strong asset Past work experience in a call center environment would also be an asset A resume only goes so far in expressing who you are and the unique perspectives you bring.
