To successfully accomplish this mission, you will be responsible for:
  • Orchestrate the onboarding and integration of new employees;
  • Collaborate to foster a collaborative and engaging work environment;
  • Participating in the recruitment process for legal and administrative support staff;
  • Overseeing staff development and coordinating technical training for new employees;
  • Acting as the primary liaison between professionals, management, and support staff;
  • Assessing and distributing the workload across the team;
  • Serving as a key resource for various stakeholders regarding office management;
  • Leading the employee performance management process in collaboration with various stakeholders;
  • Contributing to the development of the annual budget;
  • Recording and managing absences, planning vacations, and ensuring adequate coverage.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
  • College diploma or equivalent experience demonstrating the ability to meet the key requirements of the position;
  • Experience in a similar role, including supervising teams and collaborating in recruitment process within a professional services firm;
  • Strong spoken and written bilingualism;
  • Solid knowledge of legal terminology, documents, and procedures;
  • Proven communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Analytical skills, sound judgment, and strong problem‑solving abilities;
  • Leadership and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships based on trust and respect;
  • Flexibility and the ability to quickly adapt to new technological tools.
