
Analyst, Sales Controlling

- Conducts analysis and reporting on sales performance to support decision-making and forecasts.
- Develops and utilize tools to measure sales and margin efficiency across different levels, including channels, customers, and products.
- Performs sales analysis and reporting to make projections and forecasts in various cycles as needed
- Assists in analytical projects that support other departments, such as Sales and Marketing, by providing relevant insights.
- Consults with the business to make sure the company is staying within business plan expenses for promotions
- Collaborates with the sales and marketing teams to align with long-term strategic initiatives and profitability targets for each brand and category
- Participates in the accounting close, preparing accounting entries related to sales bonuses and other trade spend
- Assists in the reporting of sales data for incentive pay calculations.
- Supports in preparation of sales quotas.
- Works on various short- and long-term projects as assigned by management.
- High-School Diploma – Required
- Four-Year College (Business Administration/Finance/Accounting) – Required
- Master's Degree (Business Administration/Finance/Accounting) - Preferred
- 3-5 Years experience (Sales Controlling, Analytical Experience) - Required
- Excellent interpersonal, computer and organizational skills.
- Good knowledge of income statements and other financial reporting methods.
- Efficiency in working with large data sets to facilitate reporting.
- Must be capable of using good judgment and discretion when exposed to confidential information.
- Detail oriented with good problem solving and decision-making skills
- Able to multitask, work in a fast-paced team environment and adhere to strict deadlines.
- Knowledge of SAP and Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Microsoft Power BI knowledge a plus.
- Travel Percentage – 10%
