This role is ideal for someone passionate about transforming traditional QA workflows using machine learning, intelligent automation, and data-driven testing strategies. You will play a key role in enhancing test coverage, accelerating release cycles, and improving system resilience across our platforms.Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement AI-driven testing frameworks to optimize test case generation, defect prediction, and regression analysis
  • Lead the integration of machine learning models into QA workflows for smarter validation and anomaly detection
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality-first delivery of AI-enabled and traditional applications
  • Develop strategies for chaos testing, data drift detection, and model explainability validation
  • Automate repetitive QA tasks using intelligent bots, RPA, or Power Platform tools
  • Mentor QA engineers in adopting AI tools and practices
  • Define and track quality KPIs using dashboards and analytics

Work Location : Bayshore Healthcare, National Office, Mississauga ONHybrid – At least 2 days onsite weeklyQualificationsRequired Skills & Experience
  • 5+ years in QA roles, with 2+ years in AI/ML-powered testing or automation
  • Strong understanding of machine learning concepts, model validation, and data quality
  • Experience with tools like Test.ai, Applitools, Selenium, Power Automate, or Azure ML
  • Familiarity with chaos engineering, data drift, and non-deterministic testing
  • Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or other scripting languages
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience testing low-code platforms (e.g., Power Platform)
  • Knowledge of OCR, document classification, or NLP in QA workflows
  • Exposure to CRM systems and healthcare-related data workflows
  • Certifications in AI/ML, QA Automation, or Cloud Testing
