- Collaborate with the core project team and subject matter experts to define requirements and procedures.
- Assist with test scripts, unit testing and user acceptance testing.
- Help with data validation and data cleansing.
- Support change management and training initiatives.
- Manage enhancements and bug fixes for leasing and revenue related processes in SAP and Resident Portal
- Provide guidance and hands-on support to Regional Revenue teams on lease administration, tenant payments, CTS reconciliations, prior tenant collections, and other revenue operations.
- Ensure consistency, standardization, and compliance with policies, procedures, and relevant tenant/landlord legislation.
- Prepare reports and provide insights to leadership on revenue processes such as prior tenant collections, renewals, rent postings, to name a few.
- College diploma or University degree in Accounting, Business, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in multi-residential property management, with a focus on operations, system management, and supporting revenue teams.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to engage effectively with regional teams, auditors, and other stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Competitive Base Salary between $85,000 - $100,000
