- Processing invoices with a high degree of accuracy, ensuring correct amounts, currencies, expense codes, and billing entities are correct.
- Responding to vendor and internal business inquiries within established service level timelines.
- Assisting in the preparation of the weekly payment schedule.
- Supporting month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.
- Providing guidance to end users on inquiries related to the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) platform.
- Assisting in preparing account and supplier reconciliations for financial reporting and accounts payable.
- Supporting the annual financial audit process as required.
- Contributing to the annual budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Handling ad-hoc requests and special projects as needed.
- Maximum 2-3 years of accounting or finance experience and a related undergraduate degree.
- Advanced excel skills, including familiarity with Pivot Tables, H-Lookup, V-Lookup, , or demonstrated ability to learn quickly.
- High level of accuracy, Strong problem solving skills, to be detail oriented and well organized.
- Ability to manage and prioritize task in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to demonstrate positive attitude and demonstrated ability to learn quickly.
- High ownership, accountability and willingness to learn.
- Experience in Coupa Database and Business Intelligence experience (e.g. SQL or other database software) is an asset.
