Senior Financial Analyst - Reporting and Consolidation (Contract)

- Review and consolidate financial data across all group entities
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements including notes and supplementary disclosures
- Produce compliance certificates and reports required by internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure consolidated results comply with financial covenants and thresholds
- Conduct annual forecasting, CAPEX tracking and variance analysis
- Manage accounting for newly acquired or created entities and document complex transactions
- Support external audits and coordinate the verification process
- Participate in the update of accounting policies and Phase 2 of the EPM consolidation system
- Maintain and optimize reports within consolidation and reporting tools
- Identify and recommend process improvements to automate and streamline operations
- Collaborate closely with Accounting, Tax and other group functions
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; CPA designation required
- 5+ years of experience in accounting and financial reporting with a focus on consolidation and multi-entity accounting
- Strong knowledge of financial consolidation, intercompany eliminations and business combination accounting
- Experience with consolidation tools (CCH Tagetik, Hyperion) and ERP systems (Microsoft D365) an asset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving skills and high attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
