
Senior Software Manager

- Provide technical leadership and managerial mentorship to team of embedded software developers.
- Recruit and mentor new team members to strengthen the team’s capabilities and talents. Take pride in developing people and supporting their career development.
- Plan and influence the delivery of features to meet the product requirements.
- Report on team’s contributions in regular multi-functional project meetings.
- Lead multiple concurrent projects to deliver committed features on time with good quality.
- Foster an environment of continuous improvement in software engineering practices and product quality in terms of performance, scalability, availability, and flexibility.
- Work closely and optimally with software, systems, product verification, and release teams.
- Guide the team through the full software development cycle.
- Self-starter, highly organized, effective at dealing with ambiguity and change, creative
- Bachelor of Science in Computer or Electrical Engineering or Bachelor of Computer Science or equivalent.
- Minimum 10 years of embedded software development experience with at least 3 years of leadership experience.
- Proven record of leading successful teams to deliver large, sophisticated software components as part of a multi-functional product development team.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Strong leadership skills and presence.
- Experience in developing and mentoring people.
- Proven success leading sophisticated software products through the full product Life Cycle (definition, development, delivery, support, end-of-life)
